Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles (intern to mid-level) across departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate final rounds with department heads.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Handle onboarding and documentation of new employees.
• Collaborate with the HR team to design effective recruitment campaigns for creative and influencer roles.
• Assist in developing HR policies, maintaining recruitment reports, and ensuring smooth communication between teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources

  , Business Administration

  , or a related field.

• 0–2 years

  of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of sourcing tools, interview techniques, and recruitment processes.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A people-person with an enthusiastic and approachable personality.
