Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to support our recruitment and hiring activities. The intern will assist the HR team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates using job portals.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and shortlist candidates using

▪︎ Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.

▪︎ Post job openings and update requirements on multiple platforms.

▪︎ Screen resumes and share suitable profiles with the HR Manager.

▪︎ Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

▪︎ Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

▪︎ Assist in initial HR communication with candidates (emails, calls, follow-ups).

▪︎ Support in onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.

▪︎ Help with other HR-related tasks and employee engagement activities as required.
