Job Title: HR Recruiter Location : Sector 16, Noida (On-site) Salary : Up to ₹25,000/month Experience : 1–2 Years Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and energetic HR Recruiter to join our HR team at our Noida office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring and be proficient in using (ATS) and various Job Portals like Naukri, Indeed, Apna, etc. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles across departments. This is a full-time on-site position offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and people-centric environment. Roles and Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment : Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Job Posting & Sourcing : Post jobs on various portals and proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other platforms. Screening & Shortlisting : Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability based on job requirements. Coordination : Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth interview process. Database Management : Maintain and update candidate databases and generate recruitment reports as needed. Bulk Hiring Execution : Manage high-volume recruitment for entry to mid-level roles, ensuring timely closures. ATS Management : Efficiently track, manage, and update candidate data using ATS tools. Target-Based Hiring : Consistently achieve monthly recruitment targets and hiring KPIs set by the management. Field Recruitment Drives : Conduct field visits and on-ground recruitment drives as required. Key Skills & Specifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, JobX, Indeed) Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions Understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting Mandatory experience in bulk hiring Proficient in using ATS software and Excel-based tracking Show more Show less
