Recruiter

As a Recruiter- US Staffing at TekWissen Group in Vishakhapatnam, your main responsibility will be sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for consulting opportunities. You will review client requirements, use various internet resources for candidate sourcing, conduct interviews, and present career opportunities to qualified applicants. Building and maintaining relationships with contract employees and vendors will also be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with management, peers, and Account Managers in daily huddles to ensure all requirements are covered and potential closes are managed effectively. - Source candidates from job portals, make job postings, work on contracts and permanent positions, and be well-versed in US terms such as W2, C2C, 1099, and US Visas. Qualifications Required: - Experience in US recruitment life cycle and end-to-end recruitment process across various IT technologies. - Ability to work with direct clients and a good understanding of W2 tax terms. - Strong communication skills are essential for this position.,
