SUMMARY
Job Summary
The Implant Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, working onsite at the client’s location. This role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers, understanding their staffing needs, and sourcing, screening, and selecting the best candidates to fulfill those needs. It is a target-driven job, and the incumbent will be responsible for onboarding 20 to 40 people in the next 3 to 5 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders regarding recruitment needs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
    • Provide regular updates and reports to the client on recruitment activities and progress.
    • Managing the employee referral campaign
  • Recruitment Process:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Screen and shortlist candidates based on the job requirements.
    • Conduct interviews (telephonic, video, and in-person) and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate with the client for scheduling interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Administration:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Prepare and present recruitment metrics and analytics to the client.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements regarding recruitment and hiring.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.


Requirements

  • Minimum experience of 1 years needed.Mandatory to have similar domain knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing requirements, an individual from Automobile or Rolling Stock background will be the best fit.
  • Need recruitment experience into manufacturing engineering roles. Not required any sales hiring expertise.
