About the Role

Direct Spaces is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple functions such as Sales, Operations, Design, and Support roles. The ideal candidate should be comfortable sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. The role requires strong communication, structured follow-ups, and the ability to assess candidate fit based on job requirements and company culture.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Sourcing & Screening

  • Use platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal referrals to source relevant profiles.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule initial telephonic/video screenings.
  • Assess candidate fit based on skill requirements, attitude, and team alignment.


Recruitment Process Management

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal hiring managers.
  • Maintain structured follow-ups and timely communication with all stakeholders.
  • Manage candidate databases, job postings, and interview records for ongoing roles.


Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with Team Leads and Department Heads to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Share timely updates and maintain clear communication on hiring progress.
  • Support in defining JD documents and interview evaluation formats when required.


Onboarding & Documentation

  • Assist with offer roll-out, salary negotiation (within approved range), and joining formalities.
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules and ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Maintain employee records, joining documents, and recruitment trackers.


Employer Branding & Process Improvement

  • Support basic HR communication, job posts, and company presence on hiring platforms.
  • Recommend improvements to hiring processes for better efficiency and candidate experience.


Candidate Profile


Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple open roles.
  • Comfortable coordinating and following up across teams.


Preferred / Added Advantage

  • Experience hiring for Sales or Real Estate / Workspace / Hospitality industry roles.
  • Working knowledge of basic HR software or Google Workspace tools.


Performance Expectations

  • Ensure continuous pipeline building and timely shortlisting for active positions.
  • Closure of open roles within agreed timelines based on hiring urgency.
