Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) Job Summary: The Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) is responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, and converting inquiries into successful bookings for commercial office spaces. You’ll play a crucial role in the client acquisition process, acting as the first point of contact for potential customers and helping them find the ideal workspace. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to incoming leads via calls, emails, or chat. Understand client requirements (team size, budget, location preference) and suggest suitable office space options. Qualify leads and schedule property visits with clients and field sales teams. Maintain CRM entries and ensure lead status is updated regularly. Follow up with clients post-site visits and assist in closing deals. Coordinate with listing and operations teams to verify space availability and details. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity targets (calls, follow-ups, conversions). Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Lead conversion rate Number of daily outbound/inbound calls Follow-up effectiveness Client satisfaction (CSAT) CRM accuracy and timeliness Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer support (real estate experience is a plus) Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce Preferred Background: Experience in coworking/real estate/space aggregation platforms Familiarity with commercial property trends in Delhi NCR Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Show more Show less
