Business Development Executive - Inside Sales

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to become a part of our team. As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will involve both strategic and operational aspects of business development. Your roles and responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales plans to not only meet but also exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding the business by generating new leads, establishing new contacts, and identifying fresh revenue opportunities. Building strong business relationships with both existing and potential clients will be a key part of your job. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. It will also be essential to keep sales, marketing, and business development documentation up to date. To qualify for this position, you must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. You should have at least 0.6 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office is a must, and experience in leading and expanding sales teams will be advantageous. Excellent multitasking abilities, strong prioritization skills, and effective verbal and written communication skills in both Tamil and English are essential. You should be able to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences and demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills. The ability to work well under pressure, sell value, maintain professionalism, and uphold confidentiality is crucial.
