Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to incoming leads via calls, emails, or chat. Understand client requirements (team size, budget, location preference) and suggest suitable office space options. Qualify leads and schedule property visits with clients and field sales teams. Maintain CRM entries and ensure lead status is updated regularly. Follow up with clients post-site visits and assist in closing deals. Coordinate with listing and operations teams to verify space availability and details. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity targets (calls, follow-ups, conversions).
