Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for leadership, finance, and mid-senior level roles (including AVP and above).
• Partner with leadership teams to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates from relevant industries.
• Conduct detailed screening, competency mapping, and candidate assessments.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and senior roles.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor for hiring managers.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience and timely closure of critical positions.
• Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards for leadership review.

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in

  leadership hiring, finance recruitment, and AVP-level mandates

  .
• Strong understanding of financial roles, real estate sector talent, and senior-level hiring dynamics.
• Ability to headhunt, network, and engage passive talent.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple mandates simultaneously.
