🚀 Hiring: Recruiter (BSR) Intern – Learn & Grow with Us! 📍 Remote | Internship | Duration: 3 Months 🕒 Shift: Night (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST) 💰 Stipend: Up to ₹5,000/month (based on interview, technical, and communication skills) 🏢 Company: Sturdy Alliance Consultant Who Can Apply: Students currently in 2nd year, 3rd year, or final year of graduation/post-graduation Good English communication skills (spoken and written) Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment industry Ability to work independently with basic guidance What You Will Do: Learn and support the US IT staffing process, focusing on Bench Sales Market bench consultants to vendors and clients Submit profiles on job portals like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed Assist with client communication and follow-ups Format resumes and prepare consultant hotlists Understand visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) Maintain and track submission reports using Excel or Google Sheets What You Will Gain: Hands-on experience in the US IT recruitment industry Real-time exposure to recruitment tools and client interaction Development of business communication and reporting skills Opportunity to work with experienced recruiters Certificate of Completion and Letter of Recommendation (based on performance) Flexible working hours (suitable for students) Potential full-time offer based on performance after internship
