Hiring: Recruiter (BSR) Intern – Learn & Grow with Us!

Who Can Apply:

• Students currently in 2nd year, 3rd year, or final year of graduation/post-graduation
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment industry
• Ability to work independently with basic guidance

What You Will Do:

• Learn and support the US IT staffing process, focusing on Bench Sales
• Market bench consultants to vendors and clients
• Submit profiles on job portals like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed
• Assist with client communication and follow-ups
• Format resumes and prepare consultant hotlists
• Understand visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC) and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Maintain and track submission reports using Excel or Google Sheets
