Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
Draft and post job listings across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.).
Maintain candidate database and communication throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer letters with team leads.
Oversee onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction.
Maintain HR records attendance, leaves, contracts, and evaluations.
Support payroll coordination and ensure timely submission of details.
Assist in building a positive team culture and handling internal communication.
Ensure adherence to company policies, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
Support management in organizing training sessions, reviews, and HR initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience in recruitment or HR administration.
Excellent communication, organization, and people management skills.
Comfortable handling
multiple creative hiring roles
simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Familiar with HR tools, Google Workspace, and Excel documentation.
Warm, approachable, and professional demeanor that aligns with Studio Cahayas creative and people-first culture.
