About the Role:

Recruiter (Sourcing & Coordination)

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through various job portals, social media, and networking platforms.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly recruitment reports using Excel.
Support end-to-end recruitment coordination and documentation activities.
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ensure smooth onboarding coordination for selected candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
6 months of experience
in HR coordination and sourcing.
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
(data management, reporting, dashboards, etc.).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Willingness to work from office
(Bellandur, Bangalore).

Preferred Skills:

Experience in using recruitment tools or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Knowledge of IT/non-IT recruitment processes.
