Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Identifies and attracts candidates for open positions.
Job Posting & Advertising: Creates job descriptions and posts them on company websites, job boards, and social media.
Screening & Interviewing: Reviews resumes, conducts phone screenings, and schedules interviews.
Executive Search & Talent Scouting: Proactively seeks high-performing professionals, even those not actively job-hunting.
Direct Approach: Contacts candidates from competitors or related industries.
Networking & Relationship Building: Maintains an extensive network of top industry professionals.
Confidential Searches: Often hired for discreet hiring needs, such as replacing an underperforming executive.
Negotiation & Candidate Management: Helps negotiate salaries, benefits, and job offers.
Industry Research & Market Analysis: Provides insights on salary trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
Good with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
0 to 2 Years of experience.
