Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Bengaluru. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, managing the hiring process, and maintaining candidate databases. They will also be tasked with developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding client needs, and providing staffing solutions. The role requires effective communication and coordination with various teams to ensure successful placements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Recruitment processes and managing staffing solutions
• Skills in Interviewing, Candidate Evaluation, and Talent Acquisition
• Strong abilities in Client Relationship Management and Needs Assessment
• Experience in Database Management, Record Keeping, and Organizational Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus
