Job Description

Responsible for the full-life cycle of sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and offer process.

Partner with hiring managers to assess their technical talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
Conduct behavioral-based interviews to assess both technical baselines as well as skills to be successful.
Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity

What Cowbell needs from you:

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Must have 3+ years Technical Recruiting experience; 2 years of which are in a fast paced, start-up environment
Must have exceptional attention to details, be highly organized and the ability to handle multiple and constantly shifting priorities
Track record of closing passive and active technical talent in a competitive market
Experience in a fast-paced and transparent work environment.
Possess excellent people skills, a flexible mindset, team-first approach, and a sense of humor!
