Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in New Delhi. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. The Recruiter will coordinate and manage the interview process, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment databases, attending job fairs, and posting job ads on various platforms.

Qualifications

• Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing skills
• Experience in managing recruitment databases and performing administrative tasks
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and team members
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience in aviation or related industries is a plus
