Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Holidays Expert at Volantix Flights Private Limited, located in New Delhi. The Holidays Expert will be responsible for planning and organizing holiday packages, managing client bookings, coordinating with vendors, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional duties include researching destinations, negotiating contracts with service providers, and ensuring all travel arrangements meet the clients' requirements and preferences.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel planning, holiday package creation, and itinerary building
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to research and evaluate travel destinations and services
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software
• Negotiation skills for dealing with service providers and vendors
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
• Prior experience in the travel industry is advantageous
