Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand job requirements and create clear job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with department heads to anticipate and fulfill workforce needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience hiring for IT, healthcare, retail.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
