Job Purpose:

To manage end-to-end recruitment for the pharma distribution business, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates across sales, operations, warehouse, and support functions while aligning with business requirements and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand manpower requirements from different departments (Sales, Key Accounts, Warehouse, Distribution, Support).
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and networking.
  
• Screen and shortlist profiles based on role requirements and company standards.
  
• Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
  
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle – from sourcing, scheduling, follow-ups to offer negotiation and closure.
  
• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, joining ratio).
  
• Ensure compliance with pharma industry regulations, labor laws, and company HR policies during recruitment.
  
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
  
• Coordinate onboarding and smooth handover to HR operations team.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / MBA (HR preferred).
  
• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Pharma / Healthcare / Distribution sector.
  
• Strong knowledge of sales and distribution roles (MRs, KAMs, ASM, RSM, Warehouse staff).
  
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
