Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter located in New Delhi. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. They will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruiting strategies. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases, conducting reference checks, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Ability to develop job descriptions and recruiting strategies
• Knowledge of the Agriculture, Chemicals, Seeds, and Fertilizers industries is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and candidates
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
