Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization. Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, managing job postings, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and candidate sourcing skills
• Experience in developing recruitment strategies and conducting interviews
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and understand staffing needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and maintaining candidate databases
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the steel and construction industry is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
