Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Mumbai. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, coordinating schedules, and handling clerical tasks. The role involves preparing reports, organizing meetings, and ensuring effective communication between departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Expertise in Diary Management and Clerical Skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage
