  • Location: Bangalore, India
  • Reports to: HR

We are looking for someone who is driven, passionate, and persistent about recruitment. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates to fill various positions within our organization but with an emphasis on technical recruiting. Your expertise in sourcing, assessing, and selecting candidates will contribute to the growth and success of our company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • To identify potential candidates, utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, managing logistics and communication.
  • Evaluate candidate resumes and applications, providing feedback to hiring managers and candidates as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job requisition records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to HR leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced and innovative organization.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Proficient and adaptable in using various ATS tools, automation, and extensions to source the best candidates.
  • Hardcore work ethic and drive to achieve results.
