Associate Product Manager, Mobile Gaming

As an Associate Product Manager for Mobile Gaming in Bangalore, India, you will play a crucial role in driving the visual identity, production efficiency, and impact of content on user retention, engagement, and monetization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the art team management, execution of a mobile gaming project, and supporting User Acquisition (UA) and Ad Monetization efforts. **Role Overview:** You will be the key player at the intersection of creative vision and commercial outcomes. Working closely with the Art Director, you will be responsible for managing the in-game art content plan, defining and tracking content KPIs, overseeing production pipeline and sprints, improving processes, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, you will co-own the roadmap for a second game (Dating Sim) and support UA and Ad Monetization activities as needed. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Art Team Management** - Own the in-game art content plan in alignment with business goals. - Define and track content KPIs and run A/B tests. - Oversee production pipeline, sprints, and quality standards. - Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements. - Ensure alignment across different teams and departments. - Lead talent acquisition and mentorship initiatives. - Evaluate and integrate AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency. - **Execution: Second Game (Dating Sim)** - Co-own roadmap and milestone plan. - Collaborate with stakeholders in content development. - **UA & Ad Monetization** - Partner with Growth on channel mix and creative testing. - Align marketing art guidelines with in-game style. **Qualifications Required:** **Must-Haves:** - High IQ and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and discipline. - Analytical skills and caring attitude towards work. - Strong communication and leadership abilities. **Nice-to-Haves:** - Experience in mobile F2P product roles. - Knowledge of art tools and engines. - Hands-on experience with A/B testing and UA.
