Role Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role focuses on managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for non-technical positions across various industries including sales, marketing, finance, operations, human resources, and other corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and successfully placing qualified candidates in full-time roles while maintaining excellent client relationships and candidate experience. This is a highly target-driven role where performance is measured by placements achieved, quality of hires, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and Talent Acquisition : -

  • Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Search and identify qualified candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, and industry-specific job boards to build a robust talent pipeline
  • Network Development: Leverage professional networks, employee referrals, and industry connections to source both active and passive candidates
  • LinkedIn Expertise: Utilize LinkedIn's advanced search filters, Boolean search techniques, and LinkedIn Talent Solutions to identify high-potential candidates with specific skill sets and experience
  • Job Board Proficiency: Demonstrate hands-on expertise with major job portals including Indeed and Foundit , utilizing their advanced filtering and sourcing capabilities
  • Database Management: Build and maintain a comprehensive candidate database categorized by industry, role, and skill set for current and future openings
  • Target-Driven Sourcing: Consistently meet or exceed weekly sourcing targets for qualified candidate submissions aligned with placement goals

Candidate Screening and Qualification : -

  • Resume Review: Screen and evaluate resumes and applications against job requirements, identifying key qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Initial Phone Screening: Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews with candidates to assess basic qualifications, communication skills, and interest in opportunities
  • Qualification Assessment: Validate candidate background, work history, notice periods, salary expectations, and availability for placement
  • Pre-screening Documentation: Prepare detailed screening reports with candidate summaries, strengths, areas for development, and placement potential
  • Quality Control: Ensure screening quality meets agency standards to minimize unsuitable candidate submissions

Candidate Scheduling and Coordination : -

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers efficiently and professionally
  • Calendar Management: Manage complex scheduling across multiple candidates and hiring managers, resolving conflicts proactively
  • Logistics Support: Ensure all candidates receive clear interview instructions, timings, location details, and any required pre-interview materials
  • Follow-up Communications: Send timely interview confirmations, reminders, and post-interview feedback to candidates
  • Feedback Collection: Gather interview feedback from hiring managers and communicate outcomes to candidates promptly
  • Client and Candidate Relationship Management : -
  • Client Consultation: Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, team dynamics, culture, and long-term staffing needs
  • Job Description Collaboration: Work with clients to clarify job specifications and translate business requirements into accurate, compelling job descriptions
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey from initial contact to placement
  • Relationship Building: Develop and sustain strong relationships with both clients and candidates for repeat business and referrals

Recruitment Process Management : -

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment from job requisition through offer acceptance and final placement confirmation
  • Job Posting: Write and post compelling job advertisements on multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit , and company career portal
  • Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), updating candidate status and documenting all interactions
  • Timeline Management: Ensure recruitment timelines are met, managing multiple placements simultaneously without compromising quality

Performance and Reporting : -

  • Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics including placements achieved, time-to-fill, sourcing channel effectiveness, applicant-to-hire ratio, and placement quality
  • Regular Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports detailing pipeline status, candidate flow, placements completed, and challenges
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, optimize sourcing channels, and recommend process improvements
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly placement targets and hiring goals consistently

Required Qualifications : -

Experience : -

  • Minimum 2 Years: Proven full-time experience in placement recruitment within a recruitment firm or staffing agency setting
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Demonstrated expertise in managing complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through placement
  • Non-IT Recruitment: Solid experience in recruiting for non-technical roles across diverse industries such as sales, marketing, finance, operations, HR, administration, etc.
  • Multiple Placements: Track record of successfully filling multiple concurrent positions and achieving recruitment targets
  • Target Achievement: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed recruitment targets and KPIs consistently
  • Willingness to Work on Targets: Strong commitment to performance-based work environment with clear accountability for placements and revenue generation

Technical Skills and Proficiency : -

  • Job Board Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with major job boards including Indeed and Foundit with ability to navigate advanced filters and posting features
  • LinkedIn Recruiting: Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn including profile search, advanced filtering, InMail communication, and LinkedIn Talent Solutions features
  • Referral Management: Experience in developing and executing employee referral programs and managing referral pipelines
  • ATS Proficiency: Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate data management, workflow tracking, and reporting
  • Boolean Search: Knowledge of Boolean search strings and advanced search techniques to identify passive candidates across job boards and LinkedIn

  • Video Conferencing Tools: Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) for remote candidate interviews

Preferred Qualifications : -

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, indicating senior associate or specialist level capability
  • Experience with recruitment in sectors such as sales, marketing, finance, or business operations
  • Knowledge of market compensation trends and salary benchmarking
  • Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Familiarity with content management systems or recruitment marketing platforms
  • Certification in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of exceeding placement targets by 20% or more

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Target Metrics : -

Success in this role will be measured by the following target-driven metrics:

  • Monthly Placements Target: Minimum placements to be achieved per month (typically 4-8 depending on role complexity and client base)
  • Time-to-Fill Target: Average days to fill a position (typically 25-35 days from job posting to placement)
  • Sourcing Channel Efficiency: Quality and conversion rates from each sourcing channel (LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals)
  • Submit-to-Interview Ratio: Percentage of submitted candidates who move to interview stage (target: 40-50%)
  • Interview-to-Offer Ratio: Percentage of interviewed candidates who receive job offers (industry benchmark: ~42%)
  • Offer Acceptance Rate: Percentage of candidates who accept offers (target: 75-85%)
  • Revenue Generation: Total placement revenue achieved against targets
  • Placement Quality: Retention rate of placed candidates at 6 months and 1 year
  • Candidate Satisfaction: Feedback scores from placed candidates regarding recruitment experience
