Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. Working closely with hiring managers, you will identify staffing needs, post job advertisements, schedule interviews, and conduct reference checks. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process and maintaining candidate databases. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in candidate sourcing and screening, strong interviewing and assessment skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR teams. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases is essential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are key, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously. Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.,
