Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  1. Manage the

    end-to-end recruitment cycle

    sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  2. Partner with hiring managers to forecast talent needs and design effective sourcing strategies.
  3. Conduct competency-based interviews, coordinate interview rounds, and support selection decisions.
  4. Oversee pre-onboarding and onboarding, ensuring document verification and compliance.
  5. Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio) and maintain ATS/HRMS data.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  1. 2+ years of recruitment experience

    , preferably with exposure to both agency and corporate hiring.
  2. Proven expertise in

    talent sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management

    .
  3. Strong knowledge of

    ATS, HRMS systems, and compliance/documentation

    processes.
  4. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and ability to thrive in high-volume hiring environments.
  5. Graduate degree (HR/Business Administration preferred); certifications like

    SHRM-CP, PHR, or Talent Acquisition Specialist

    are an added advantage.
