Job Title: Planning Engineer Storm Water & Sewage (Highway Construction Project) Location: Pune, Maharashtra Industry: Highway / Infrastructure Construction Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer with hands-on experience in stormwater treatment and sewage line projects to join our highway construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, rate analysis, and tender estimation related to stormwater drainage and water supply works. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed project schedules, work programs, and progress reports. Plan and monitor activities related to stormwater drainage, sewage pipelines, and other utility works in highway projects. Conduct rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and tender estimation for storm water and sewage line works. Coordinate with the design, execution, and procurement teams for timely project delivery. Ensure compliance with project specifications, technical standards, and safety regulations. Assist in preparation of claims, variation statements, and cost-control measures. Utilize project management and planning software (Primavera/MS Project/Excel) for progress tracking and reporting. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of stormwater and sewage line construction methodologies . Proficiency in planning, rate analysis, estimation, and tendering . Hands-on experience with Primavera / MS Project / Excel . Ability to analyze project risks, delays, and resource allocation. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Qualification & Experience: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience , with at least 5 years in storm water/sewage line projects . Experience in highway/infrastructure construction projects preferred.
