Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels. Manage the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Write and post job descriptions on various platforms. Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with hiring policies. Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview logistics. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain metrics and reports related to recruiting activity and performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (in-house or agency). Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and resume databases. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of labor legislation and employment laws. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
