The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for various positions within the company. Day-to-day tasks include conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Qualifications Recruitment and talent acquisition skills Experience with sourcing and screening candidates Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of HR policies and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Experience in the manufacturing, IT, or telecom industries is a plus
