Recruiter

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
• Utilize various recruitment channels (job portals, social media, referrals, campus drives) to attract talent.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Coordinate interview schedules and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during recruitment processes.
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation as a preferred workplace.
• Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/ATS tools.
