Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and Customer-focused Sales Associate (CSA) to join our team. The role involves attending to walk-in customers at the sales counter, providing product information, processing sales transactions, handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services. Your goal is to ensuring an excellent customer experience, customer satisfaction and enhance customer loyalty.

Role & responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a pleasant shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on customer preferences or services.
• Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
• Prepare invoices, and handle billing processes.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure proper display of products.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints courteously.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the stores performance.
• Coordinate with warehouse or inventory team for product availability.
• Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
