Short listing the resumes based on desired skill set and experience. 11. Scheduling the candidate by sending Call Lettersto them, also coordinating with both interview panel and candidate making sure they reach on scheduled time and venue. 12. Doing Coordination in walk-in interviews and Scheduled interviews(i.e. Face to Face, Telephonic, Google meet, Microsoft team, Zoom) Scheduling interviews of candidates and blocking the calendar for the panel. 13.
