Job Description

Job Title: IT Recruiter Company: Cyfuture India Pvt. Ltd. Location: Sector 81, NSEZ Office Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM Experience: Must have minimum 1 years exp in IT Infra Hiring Key Accountabilities: • Handle End to End IT Recruitment process from sourcing of candidates to release of the offer letter • Supervise team of recruiters to meet recruitment timeline and mentor them to enhance their performance • Responsible for Stakeholder Management • Proactively source and identify candidates utilizing a broad range of channels and techniques • Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant Job portals • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements • Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews. • Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager • Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork. • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process • Creating weekly/ monthly reports to accurately reflect talent plan, status and other reports • Maintaining and developing candidate databases and trackers Desired Candidate Profile: • Must have Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, business, HR or a related field, preferably from premiere institute • Minimum 1 years of experience in IT Recruitment for Technology: Cloud, Network, Windows, VMWare, Desktop Engineers, Java, front end, backend, full stack, Angular, Cloud Technologies, Cloud Architect, Presales, Solution Architect, Drupal and other IT Infra technologies. • Must have exp in technical recruitment for Cloud, Datacenter, Networking, Project Manager, Solution Architect, Presales role • Must have Technical Understanding of Technology, IT products, Cloud, Data Center Solution • Dynamic, Confident, Good Communication skills • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques, usage of job boards /portals • Deadline driven, with good time management to balance competing demands • WILLING TO JOIN IMMEDIATLEY APPLY: If you could see yourself in this role and are keen to be part of our Organization, we look forward to hearing from you.
