About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for both IT and Non-IT positions for India and the US locations. You'll play a key role in understanding hiring needs, sourcing top talent, coordinating interviews, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Outreach

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, social media, referrals, and internal databases
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Engage with passive candidates through targeted outreach and professional networking

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring requirements
  • Create compelling job descriptions and post openings across multiple platforms
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Coordinate technical tests, HR rounds, and final interviews
  • Gather feedback and ensure timely follow-up with candidates and hiring teams

IT & Technical Hiring

  • Recruit for roles including Software Developer, UI/UX Designer, QA Engineer, DevOps, Network Engineer, and Project Manager
  • Collaborate with technical panels for coding tests, portfolio reviews, and skill assessments
  • Familiarity with tech stacks (JavaScript, Python, Java, Cloud, AI, etc.) is a plus

Non-IT Hiring

  • Manage hiring for Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Admin, Customer Support, and Logistics roles
  • Support campus hiring, internships, and volume recruitment drives as needed

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports
  • Ensure hiring processes comply with internal policies and labor regulations

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience across IT and Non-IT domains
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment strategies, and interview methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good to Have:

  • Experience in bulk or campus recruitment
  • Understanding of technical job requirements and IT terminology
