About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage IT and Non-IT hiring across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recruitment experience, with strong skills in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, while also building client relationships to support organizational growth.

Location: Navi Mumbai / Bengaluru

Job Type: Onsite | 6 Days a Week

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Source candidates through Job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the offer process and handle salary negotiations.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new clients for recruitment support.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Technology (BE Tech / M.Tech) OR MBA

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Effective follow-up with candidates and clients.
• Ability to onboard and engage new clients.
