Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. Daily tasks include creating and posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing candidates
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with HR and employment law is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and hiring managers
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
