Job SummaryThe HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, and onboarding candidates for various positions. The role requires strong communication skills, market understanding, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Talent Sourcing & ScreeningSource candidates through job portals, social media, references, and professional networks. Screen resumes to match qualifications and job requirements. Conduct telephonic and video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates. B. Interview CoordinationSchedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Prepare and share interview schedules, job descriptions, and feedback forms. Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the process. C. Client & Stakeholder ManagementUnderstand detailed job requirements from clients or internal departments. Share shortlisted profiles with clients and take regular follow-ups. Maintain professional communication and build strong client relationships. D. Documentation & ReportingMaintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports. Ensure proper documentation of selected candidates. Manage offer letters, salary negotiations, and joining formalities. Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Ability to multitask and handle pressure. Basic knowledge of HR policies and compliance. Good negotiation and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment tracking tools.
