About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our growing team! If you have a knack for identifying talent, enjoy collaborating with managers, and have prior experience recruiting for IT and BPO roles, we’d love to connect.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks

✔️ Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential fits

✔️ Conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit

✔️ Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and share candidate feedback

✔️ Draft and update job descriptions in line with hiring needs

✔️ Support job offer discussions and communicate benefits clearly to selected candidates

✔️ Assist with smooth onboarding of new hires

✔️ Maintain and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes

What You’ll Need:

✔️ 2–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, especially for IT and BPO roles

✔️ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred

✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔️ Knowledge of sourcing techniques and social recruiting platforms

✔️ Familiarity with recruitment best practices and basic HR compliance

✔️ Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks efficiently
