Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders and hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and applications to match qualifications with job requirements
Conduct initial HR interviews (phone/video/in-person) and coordinate with interview panels
Schedule and follow up on interviews, feedback, and offer roll-outs
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports
Assist in onboarding and induction processes
Work on employer branding initiatives and career fairs as needed
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
