Candidate Outreach Sourcing : Proactively search for skilled candidates across various platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and developer communities to fill open roles in software development, testing, and IT support.
Job Description Creation Promotion : Develop clear, engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the technical requirements and company culture, ensuring they resonate with potential candidates and attract quality applicants.
Interview Coordination Evaluation : Screen and shortlist resumes, organize technical and behavioral interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidate suitability for specific technical roles.
Collaborative Hiring Process : Partner with team leads and managers to understand specific hiring needs, provide guidance on skill requirements, and ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly and aligns with company goals.
