To coordinate with Vendors via calls mails and finalizing contracts
To prepare, organise, maintain update records data
Assist in handling employees concerns evaluating work performance
To look after the training support to staff for improvement to optimize workflows
Assist in the execution of organization's policies procedures
To handle other day to day administrative tasks.
