Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Navi Mumbai. The Recruiter will be responsible for the entire hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, developing job descriptions, and managing the onboarding process. Recruiters will also collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs, maintain recruitment databases, and build relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in sourcing candidates and candidate outreach
• Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
• Proficiency in developing job descriptions and managing the onboarding process
• Ability to collaborate with department managers and identify staffing needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in maintaining recruitment databases and using recruitment software
• Experience in building relationships with candidates and recruitment agencies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
