Role Description

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, screening and interviewing potential hires, coordinating with account managers, and providing a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also manage job postings, conduct background checks, and engage with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and attracting candidates
• Strong skills in conducting candidate screenings and interviews
• Ability to manage job postings and background checks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred
