– from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Mandatory:
Expert in
Naukri portal
– sourcing, screening, shortlisting & candidate pipeline building.
Use
other recruitment channels
(social media, LinkedIn, references, agencies, etc.) to bring top talent.
Post jobs, filter profiles, schedule interviews & coordinate till joining.
Maintain relationships with both candidates & management for smooth hiring.

Requirements:

Prior experience with Naukri.com (must-have).
Knowledge of other hiring sources & ability to attract quality candidates.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and close positions effectively.
