Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Aligarh. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks, and facilitating the hiring process. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
