Role Description This is a full-time Technical Recruiter role located on-site in Aligarh. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers. The role includes identifying and reaching out to potential candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fill technical positions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure a high standard of recruitment. Qualifications Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills Experience in Hiring and Recruiting Excellent Communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Familiarity with IT and technical terminologies is a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Proven track record of successful technical recruitment Show more Show less
