Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Recruiter located on-site in Pune. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, assessing, and recruiting candidates for various roles within client organizations. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, managing candidate pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and maintaining recruitment reports. The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition strategies, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for both clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sourcing, Identifying, and Assessing Candidates
• Strong Interviewing and Candidate Management skills
• Ability to Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Understand Job Requirements
• Proficiency in Maintaining Recruitment Reports and Documentation
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Work On-Site in Pune
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role is beneficial
