Job Description

Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions accordingly. Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates suitability. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers or clients. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records and reports using the applicant tracking system or Excel. Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
